Return & Refund Policy

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items with tags intact.
• Please share an unboxing video / photos on WhatsApp for damaged or wrong items.
• Refunds for prepaid orders are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive the return.
• COD refunds are made by bank transfer / UPI.
• Innerwear, earrings and sale items are not returnable.
